The challenge

A contractor with great work and nowhere to show it.

CCR Construction does kitchens, baths, patios, pools, roofing, painting, and ADUs across Southern California, real, licensed work with the photos to prove it. What they didn't have was a home for any of it: no website, no easy way to show a homeowner the last ten projects, and no consistent look across a business card, a flyer, and a truck.

And whatever we built couldn't be a museum piece. A remodeler finishes a job, takes photos on his phone, and wants them up that day, not next week after emailing a web guy. The site had to be something the owner could actually run himself.

The approach

A site he can update from the job site.

We built everything from one design system (a single set of colors, type, and components) so the website, the ADU flyers, and the truck stickers all read as the same company. Fast React front end, seven service pages, a filterable project gallery, and a contact form that lands straight in the inbox.

The heart of it is a gallery the owner runs himself. He signs in on his phone, uploads photos straight from the camera roll (they auto-resize), tags each one by category and location, reorders them, and picks the three that feature on the homepage. It publishes instantly, no redeploy, no developer, no waiting. The filter chips on the public gallery build themselves from whatever categories he's used.

The result

One brand, live, and in his hands.

CCR has a fast, mobile-first site that matches their print and vehicle branding, a project gallery the owner keeps current himself, and a contact form feeding real leads. The whole front end is static and quick; the only moving part is the photo store, which costs pennies a month.

Because the content lives outside the code, the site stays fresh without coming back to us, which was the whole point. We handed over a business that looks as sharp online as the work looks in person.
