The problem

Your venue is gorgeous. Your website probably isn't.

Most wedding-venue sites we see were built by a cousin in WordPress in 2017, or by a national platform that templated half the venues in your state into the same Squarespace skin.

Couples can't find the gallery, can't find your pricing range, can't tell you apart from the place down the road. They bounce. The ones who do reach out are the wrong fit, because nothing on the site filtered them.

Meanwhile your inbox is full of "do you have availability for May?" emails you have to copy-paste replies to, every week.

What we build

A site that does the heavy work so you can do the warm work.

We build the marketing site, the inquiry flow, and the small back-end that makes your inbox tractable. You stay focused on tours and weddings.

What you get

Everything a venue site should do — and a few things they usually don't.

01

A site that feels like the place

Editorial photography, real copy in your voice, and a layout that lets the venue carry the page instead of competing with it.

02

Pricing transparency, the right amount

A pricing range and what's included up front. Not a full quote — enough to filter out the wrong-fit couples before they cost you a tour slot.

03

Tour requests, in one place

A single inquiry form that captures dates, guest count, budget, and how they found you. Synced to your calendar and email — no Zapier glue required.

04

Mobile-first, ridiculously fast

Static pages on Cloudflare, image optimization handled. Couples on phones in the parking lot of the next venue can load yours in under a second.

05

A gallery worth scrolling

Real wedding photos, organized by season and style. Couples linger here. Lingering converts.

06

Vendor-friendly footer

Preferred-vendor lists, day-of logistics, and download links for planners. The little things that make planners recommend you back.

How it goes

From first call to live, in 6–8 weeks.

01

Discovery call

30 min

A real conversation. We learn the venue, the season, and what you want more of.

02

On-site visit

1 day

We come to the venue. Walk it, photograph it, talk to the team. Optional but highly recommended.

03

Design & build

4–5 weeks

We design in the browser. You see real progress every week, not pixel mockups.

04

Launch & handoff

1 week

Site goes live. We train you on the small CMS, hand over the keys, and stick around for the first month.

"Our inquiry quality went up before our inquiry volume did. The first month we had two tours from couples who already knew our pricing range and were sure we were a fit."

Questions we hear a lot

FAQ

Do we need to provide our own photography? +
For Refresh, yes — we work with what you have. For Signature, we visit the venue and direct a shoot with a photographer (often one of the photographers we already work with). Photography is billed separately, so you have a clear line item.
Can we keep our existing booking software? +
Almost always, yes. We integrate with Honeybook, Aisle Planner, Tave, and most calendar tools. If you're using something custom, we can usually wire it up — or build a simple inquiry-to-email flow that does the job for free.
How is this different from a Squarespace template? +
A template is a starting point that gets you 60% of the way there. We get you 100%, and the last 40% is where venues actually compete. Real copy, real photography, real conversion thinking — and a stack that's faster, cheaper to host, and won't lock you into a platform.
What if we already have a developer? +
Great. We design and they build, or we build and they maintain — we're happy either way. We try to use boring, well-documented stacks (Astro, plain HTML/CSS) precisely so the next person can pick it up.
Are you only in the Northeast? +
No — we've worked with venues from the Hudson Valley to Texas Hill Country. We do prefer to visit in person for Signature projects, which means travel is added at cost. Most clients find a one-day visit more than pays for itself.
